Refund policy

Our refund policy for UK customers states that all purchases are subject to a 14 day returns period. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item. 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of when the item is received back to us. 

No refunds are issued for purchases of training days/workshops or lessons. Handlers will be assisted by Severncrest Gundogs to sell on their purchased handler space. Should Severncrest Gundogs need to cancel a training day/workshop or lessons we will endeavour to refund handlers in full or issue a credit to handlers for future events 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
